Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping to all locations in the United Kingdom Only. We do not ship to any location outside of the United Kingdom.

We have 3 shipping zones:
Zone 1: UK Mainland (Excluding Highlands & Islands)
Zone 2: Highlands & Islands of Scotland
Zone 3: Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM) & Isles of Scilly (TR)

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and typically arrives within 1-2 business days. Shipping options can be selected at the checkout before payment is made. Allow up to 5 business days for shipping.

The estimates above are for mainland U.K. and may take longer for Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Islands and during public holidays. All orders and delivery times are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the quantity of products, weight of the products, shipping destination, and shipping method chosen. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Delivery:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can, but we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where the shipping method chosen includes tracking). You can use this tracking number to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.
