Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For any returns of cigars, they must not have cut or lit and must be in original condition.
Refunds (If Applicable):
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@weddingcigars.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions for returning the product.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the item is in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you would like a refund, we retain 5% of the cost due to administration and restocking charges. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.
Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (IfApplicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (IfApplicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@weddingcigars.co.uk
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pre-order & Deposit Terms & Conditions – Wedding Cigars
Effective from: 19th June 2025
By placing an order with Wedding Cigars and paying a deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order after paying a deposit, the following refund terms will apply:
| Time Before Due Date | Deposit Refund |
| More than 6 months | 50% refunded |
| Between 3–6 months | 25% refunded |
| Less than 3 months | No refund |
- “Due Date” refers to the delivery or event date provided at the time of ordering.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing: sales@weddingcigars.co.uk
- All refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
Please note: If the product has already been customised, prepared, or dispatched, additional deductions may apply, and in some cases the full deposit may be retained.
